ACV: Apple Cider Vinegar

APL: Arm Pit Length (describing hair length)

BAA: Big A$$ Afro

BC: Big Chop

BSL: Bra Strap Length (describing hair length)

Co-Wash: Cleansing the hair using conditioner instead of shampoo.

DC: Deep Conditioning

MBL: Mid Back Length (describing hair length)

No-Poo: Not using shampoo

PJ: Product Junkie (obssessed with buy products)

Pre-pooing: Applying a treatment to your hair (i.e., oil, conditioner, or both) to hair prior to shampoo.

Slip: Term to describe how slippery a conditioner is (detangling).

Transition: Transitioning from relaxed to natural hair

TWA: Teeny Weeny Afro

W&G/WNG: Wash and Go
